三、真空系统及有关术语

1．真空系统（vacuum system）
由真空容器和产生真空、测量真空、控制真空等的组件组成。
2．真空机组（pump system）
由产生真空、测量真空和控制真空等的组件组成。
3．有油真空机组（pump system used oil）
用油做工作液或用有机材料密封的真空机组。
4．无油真空机组（free oil pump system）
不用油作工作液和不用有机材料密封的真空机组。
5．挡板阀（baffle valve）
阀板沿阀座轴向移动开闭的阀。
6．翻板阀（flap valve）
阀板翻转一个角度开闭的阀。
7．插板阀（gate valve）
阀板沿阀座径向移动开闭的阀。
8．蝶阀（butterfly valve）
阀板绕固定轴在阀口中转动开闭的阀。
9．贮气罐（reservoir; gas tank）
装于前级泵和扩散泵之间的容器，用来缓冲真空系统中压力波动，或当前级泵临时停止工作时，贮存扩散泵排出的气体。
10．过滤器（strainer）
真空管路中清除固体微粒并防止其落入真空泵中的装置。
11．真空保护层（guard vacuum）
护围在真空容器外面的真空层。
12．抽气时间（time for pumping down）
从某一压力开始抽到要求的压力时所需要的时间。
13．粗抽时间（time for roughing）
用粗抽泵从一个大气压抽到真空泵或真空系统能开始工作的压力时所需的时间。
